Position Title: Retail Merchandising Specialist (Oakley / Essilor Luxottica)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Work Type: Temp (6 months), preferably onsite; remote considered for NY-local candidates (training & equipment pickup onsite)

Start: Immediate

Pay Rate: $36/hr

Role Summary:

The Retail Merchandising Specialist supports Oakley retail initiatives across Apparel, Footwear, Accessories (AFA), and Eyewear. This role focuses on product allocation, reporting, visual merchandising support, and cross-team coordination to ensure successful product launches and retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support AFA and Eyewear product launches from planning through post-launch analysis

+ Define product quantities and allocation strategies by store

+ Create and manage purchase orders and master data requests

+ Coordinate product movements with Distribution Centers

+ Develop clear store communications, presentations, and VM guides

+ Track sales performance, campaign results, and inventory activity

+ Produce weekly/monthly reports and assist with markdown and end-of-season analysis

+ Handle ad-hoc store and field requests related to inventory and events
