What You'll Be Doing
+ Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on company equipment.
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
+ Learn and apply proper safety procedures and mechanical techniques.
+ Work alongside experienced mechanics to gain hands-on training.
+ Maintain accurate service records and document repairs completed.
What Are We Looking For
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
+ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
+ Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in mechanical repairs.
+ Commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges.
Physical Demands
+ Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
+ Stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
+ Perform tasks that require reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements.
+ Work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces.
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
