    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and bulldozers

    + Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety

    + Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    + Maintain accurate service records and documentation

    + Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete work efficiently

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

    + Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

    + Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

    + Effective communication and teamwork abilities

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads with assistance

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching in varied terrain and confined spaces

    + Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment with precision

    + Visual and auditory ability to detect equipment malfunctions and safety hazards

    + Ability to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed
