    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.

    + Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization.

    + Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

    + Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs.

    + Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.

    Work Environment

    This role operates in an outdoor, industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
