    Centennial Surgery is seeking a dedicated **Receptionist** to be the crucial first point of contact for our patients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and comforting experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors. This isn't just about answering phones; it's about being the welcoming voice and efficient organizer behind our exceptional patient care.

    What You'll Do Every Day to Make a Difference:

    + **Warm Welcomes & Efficient Intake:** You'll be the friendly face performing patient check-in, guiding them effortlessly through required paperwork and setting a positive tone for their visit.

    + **Communication Hub:** Answer phones with a professional and compassionate demeanor, expertly directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff, ensuring no patient question goes unanswered.

    + **Scheduling Maestro:** Skillfully schedule patient appointments, managing our calendar to optimize patient access and provider efficiency.

     

    Shift: 8am - 5pm

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

     

    Student loan repayment program offered!

    Job Requirements

    What You'll Bring:

    + **Exceptional Customer Service:** A natural ability to connect with people, making them feel heard and valued.

    + **Organizational Prowess:** The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and keep the front office running smoothly.

    + **Clear Communication:** Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal skills.

    + **Problem-Solving Skills:** A proactive approach to addressing patient needs and administrative challenges.

    + **High School Diploma or GED.**

    + **Healthcare experience preferred** – familiarity with medical office operations is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals!

    $17.67 - $24.96 /hour
