    Our client in Alcoa, Tennessee is looking for Planner, Ops III (Outage Coordinator/Planner). The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively as a team player, and strong problem-solving skills to support safe, efficient, and timely plant outage execution.

     

    **Job Title:** Planner, Ops III / Outage Coordinator – Planner

    **Location:** Alcoa, TN

    **Pay Range:** $27.03/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Plan, coordinate, and support plant outages

    + Develop detailed outage scopes, schedules, and execution plans

    + Create and maintain Gantt charts for outage planning

    + Coordinate resources across maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors

    + Track outage progress and support post-outage reviews

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Strong field experience

    + Expertise in outage planning and execution

    + Experience with scheduling and Gantt charts

    + Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

    + Ability to monitor schedules and identify risks
