Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

**Location:** Elmsford, NY

**Pay Range:** $28-$30

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

What's the Job?

+ Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

+ Perform routine preventive checks and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software.

+ Replace parts, fabricate components through welding and machining, and manage parts inventory efficiently.

+ Document all maintenance activities, parts used, and test results accurately in logs or digital systems.

+ Adhere to OSHA safety regulations, maintain a clean work environment, and collaborate with operators and engineers for effective maintenance support.

What's Needed?

+ In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and diagnostic equipment.

+ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

+ Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in demanding conditions.

+ High school diploma or GED, often supplemented by vocational training or apprenticeship.
