As a **Security Officer - Residential Gated Community Patrol** in **Trabuco Canyon, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a residential community, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols at the residential location.

+ Provide customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors with access procedures and information as needed.

+ Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal standards.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and address potential concerns.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
