Organizational Development Specialist Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $41.12 - $61.68 an hour – Half-Time Days, 20 hours per week. *This position is a hybrid role and requires to be onsite in-line with training schedule/offerings Boulder Community Health is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist who contributes to the success of organizational development at Boulder Community Health (BCH) by establishing, planning, and coordinating a variety of organizational development programs and activities that enhance the onboarding and development of our employees. This position is responsible for influencing and standardizing training initiatives, organizing programs, tools, and processes, and facilitating courses that align with and support the organizational goals of BCH. Responsibilities •Manage and facilitate BCH’s core leadership development programs. •Manage and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO). •Prepare and distribute all supporting training and communication materials. •Schedule all training rooms ensuring all rooms or online trainings are set up for effective learning. •Designs and implements a variety of initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials that employ e-learning, virtual learning, site-based training, assessments, or other solutions. •Ability to analyze various forms of data, from survey results to training program assessments, to determine effectiveness and create the best strategies possible. •Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and change management efforts related to training and development. •Support the rollout of enterprise training programs and continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of the Organizational Development Manager. •Actively contributes to the development and refinement of training strategies and programs. •May partner with the Talent Acquisition/Business Partner teams to stay aware of organizational issues and assist in closing knowledge gaps About Boulder Community Health Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Boulder County community.
