Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our team in Wagram, NC. This role is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift while also assisting with material handling tasks to support daily warehouse and production operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
+ Load, unload, move, stage, and stack materials
+ Supply production lines with raw materials as needed
+ Perform general material handling duties, including manual movement of products
+ Conduct routine equipment and forklift inspections
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
+ Previous sit-down forklift experience required
+ Material handling or warehouse experience preferred
+ Ability to work a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule
+ Strong attention to safety and detail
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Schedule Details:
+ 12-hour swing/rotating shifts
Pay:
+ $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience Olsten provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. Benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
