Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Paralegal with extensive experience in litigation to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to work on complex legal cases in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, ensuring smooth case management and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with all stages of litigation, including case initiation, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and organize case materials such as discovery responses, depositions, and medical records.

• Draft and proofread legal documents, including motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and other filings.

• Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and deadlines.

• Manage e-discovery processes, including organizing and reviewing large document productions using litigation support software.

• Coordinate schedules for depositions, hearings, trials, and meetings with experts and witnesses.

• Maintain detailed case files, track important deadlines, and ensure adherence to court schedules.

• Provide trial support by preparing exhibits, assembling trial notebooks, and managing logistics.

• Travel as needed to assist attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings. Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred.

• Expertise in e-discovery tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior experience supporting attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with corporate governance, commercial litigation, civil litigation, and trial preparation.

• Knowledge of entity formation and construction law is a plus.
