About the Role

As a Financial Planner, you’ll partner closely with an experienced advisor and gain hands‑on exposure to comprehensive planning, investment analysis, and client strategy. Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare in‑depth analyses across retirement planning, estate strategies, education funding, and equity compensation.
+ Build, update, and maintain financial plans using eMoney and other leading planning tools.
+ Research tax updates, market trends, and economic developments to inform client recommendations.
+ Support meeting preparation and collaborate with external professionals including CPAs and estate attorneys.
+ Monitor client financial situations and help implement planning and investment strategies.

Key Qualifications
+ Experience: 4+ years in financial services; consulting experience is highly valued. Candidates with RIA or wealth management backgrounds—especially those involved in financial planning—are strongly encouraged to apply.
+ Credentials: Experience with eMoney or a CFP® designation is a strong advantage.
+ Mindset: Naturally curious, highly detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work.
+ Professionalism: Client‑ready presence with strong relationship‑building skills.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for a highly client‑facing role.
