Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping clients and solving problems.
Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
+ Update and maintain customer records.
+ Escalate complex concerns to supervisors as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 1+ year in a customer service position.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
