Description

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialists on a contract basis for about three months in Roseville, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of data across various systems. This position is ideal for those who possess strong filing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into designated systems and databases.

• Verify the accuracy of information and cross-check entries for errors.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete tasks efficiently.

• Perform numeric and text-based data entry with consistent attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve processes.

• Organize and manage electronic files for easy retrieval and reference.

• Meet daily or weekly productivity targets as outlined by the project.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding challenges or updates.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of numeric data entry processes.
