    Robert Half Office Team (Kingston, NY)


    Description

    We are looking for a part time HR Generalist for an onsite role in the Kingston area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for part-time and full-time staff.

    + Administer employee benefits and assist with wellness program communications.

    + Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

    + Provide guidance to management and staff on HR policies, workplace practices, and employee relations.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and skincare industry regulations.

    + Assist with performance management processes and documentation.

    + Support training, engagement, and culture-building activities tailored to the skincare environment.

    + Contribute to HR projects, such as diversity initiatives or safety programs

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    + 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with small/midsize businesses or in consumer goods, healthcare, or wellness sectors.

    + Knowledge of New York labor laws and HR best practices.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.

    + Interest or experience in skincare, wellness, or beauty industries a plus.
