How you create impact

We're seeking an experienced Sea Logistics Finance Manager to lead our National Sea Logistics Finance operations. In this role, you will oversee a high‑performing team responsible for Forwading Subledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, while driving excellence in quality, timeliness, and productivity. This is a key leadership position that plays a critical role in supporting Sea Logistics and ensuring first‑class financial performance across our network.

+ Lead and develop the Revenue Care team, including supervisors and managers, while fostering a positive employee experience.

+ Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help team members grow their careers.

+ Ensure financial productivity KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.

+ Address performance issues promptly and appropriately.

+ Implement measures to increase transparency of Forwarding Subledger performance across branches.

+ Identify and resolve root causes of recurring inefficiencies.

+ Ensure accurate application of Forwarding Subledger memo codes in line with working instructions.

+ Lead projects focused on improving Forwarding Subledger quality, timeliness, and productivity.

+ Strengthen collaboration across branches and enhance overall branch satisfaction.

+ Oversee invoicing excellence and ensure zero past‑due vendor invoices to maintain strong credit terms.

+ Drive continuous process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency.

+ Support profit maximization by preventing additional costs due to inaccurate payments or late invoicing.

+ Minimize loss files through analysis and proactive corrective actions.

What we would like you to bring

+ 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding with an expertise in Sea Logistics.

+ 1+ years of leadership experience, ideally managing large or complex teams.

+ Strong knowledge of accounting principles including AP, AR and month-end close.

+ Proven ability to analyze and drive KPI performance in a fast‑paced environment

+ Strong communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and customer‑relationship skills

+ Comfortable working under time pressure and committed to continuous improvement
