+ Serve as the first line of escalation for project blockers, scope misalignment, or cross-team conflict

+ Break through logjams by driving clarity in objectives– keeping momentum across the assigned project portfolio

+ Collaborate with both the technical and go-to-market teams

+ Quickly diagnose and resolve project risks, leveraging structured problem-solving methods and escalation when necessary

+ Champion the use of collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Hive, Google Suite, AI productivity platforms) to foster scalable, transparent workflows

+ Promote a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education & Experience:

+ 3–5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles

    Skills and Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with business and technical stakeholders

+ Proficiency in project management and productivity tools such as Jira/Atlassian, Hive, and Google Workspace
