    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to drive alignment, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum toward key business objectives. You’ll coordinate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and cross-functional Agile teams to drive on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with SAFe principles and business goals.

    22-30/hr USD, varies by experience

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of project management experience

    • Experience working in hybrid delivery models (Agile/Waterfall mix)

    • Experience managing projects in the telecommunications industry (e.g., network deployment, OSS/BSS, infrastructure, or digital services)

    • Strong knowledge of SAFe roles, events, and artifacts (e.g., PI Planning, ARTs, Lean Portfolio Management)

    • Proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional dependencies

    • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
