About the Role
As an **Administrative Specialist** at **PDS Tech Commercial** , you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate reporting. From managing schedules and handling invoices to supporting budget development, your contributions will keep our team organized and efficient.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and providing information to callers.
+ Prepare reports and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Oversee invoices and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
+ High school diploma required.
+ 2–4 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
+ Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the discipline.
+ Strong SharePoint experience required.
Preferred Skills:
+ SAP expertise and Power BI skills are a plus.
Additional Details:
+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
+ Works under general supervision and performs diverse tasks requiring creativity and discretion.
+ Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
