Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in the corrugated industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor - Heavy to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the operations department, you will support a fast-paced environment with advanced technology, contributing to the production process and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to excellence and safety.

**Job Title:** General Labor - Heavy

**Location:** Salinas, CA

**Pay Range:** $21

**Shift:** Must be flexible to work all three shifts, including weekends and 12-hour shifts as needed.

+ 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

+ 2nd: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

+ 3rd: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

What's the Job?

+ Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment

+ Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations

+ Collaborating effectively with maintenance and operations teams to meet production goals

+ Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment

+ Sorting, inspecting, and checking products for quality assurance

What's Needed?

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Must be able to pass Background and Drug Test

+ Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts as needed

+ Computer proficiency for maintenance and operational processes

+ Own tools initially (company provides replacement tools as needed)

+ Physical ability to lift weights up to 60 lbs and perform repeated lifting of weights over 35 lbs
