Our client, a leading organization in the health care sector, is seeking a Client Service Rep to join their team. As a Client Service Rep, you will be part of the Assistance Department supporting the outreach efforts to beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive relationships which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Colton, CA
**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Bilingual English/Spanish
+ Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment broker services to beneficiaries in group and individual presentations.
+ Present Managed Care Options to beneficiaries and assist them in using their health care plans.
+ Assist beneficiaries in the enrollment/disenrollment process.
+ Maintain positive relationships with county staff, and community groups.
+ Document daily activity accurately in the Customer Relationship Management Database.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
+ Proficiency in data entry and management.
+ Willingness to participate in community events and health fairs.
