Adecco Staffing is currently seeking an **Executive Assistant to the CEO** for a client site in Riverside, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career with a reputable organization. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative, communication, and operational support to ensure the CEO’s effectiveness in advancing organizational priorities. This role manages executive scheduling, correspondence, travel, and project coordination while exercising exceptional discretion and professionalism. The EA also supports executive communications, including presentations and speeches, and serves as a key liaison between the CEO, internal leaders, and external stakeholders. The pay is **$38.46 an hour** and schedule is **Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (must have schedule flexibility when needed)**
Required
+ Minimum 5 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably supporting a CEO.
+ Strong experience in executive communications and presentation development.
+ Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and anticipate executive needs.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ Experience in a growing or multi-division organization.
+ Familiarity with EOS/Traction or similar operating systems. (NetSuite/ Paycom)
Executive & Administrative Support
+ Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, travel, and logistics.
+ Prepare agendas, briefing materials, reports, and follow-up actions.
+ Handle correspondence and requests on behalf of the CEO.
+ Track executive initiatives and maintain organized records and files.
+ Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
Executive Communications & Presentations
+ Draft and edit speeches, talking points, presentations, and executive communications.
+ Design and refine presentation materials aligned with the company’s brand and voice.
+ Coordinate with departments to gather data and content for executive reporting.
Personal & Confidential Support
+ Coordinate limited personal scheduling and travel as requested.
+ Manage sensitive personal matters with discretion and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination
+ Partner with senior leaders and the Corporate Secretary on CEO and Board-related priorities.
+ Support leadership meetings, company events, retreats, and key initiatives.

**Pay Details:** $38.46 per hour
