    Description

    A growing healthcare organization in Oceanside is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys organization, accuracy, and being a go-to support resource for employees and leadership. You will work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle support.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation

    + Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

    + Support benefits administration and enrollment tracking

    + Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling

    + Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential files

    + Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures

    + Support compliance initiatives and audit preparation

    + Assist with HR projects and internal communications

    Requirements

    + 1–3 years of HR or administrative support experience

    + Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices

    + Professional communication skills and discretion

    + Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
