    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with robust expertise in SQL and Power BI to join our team. In this role, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is comfortable working with large datasets, optimizing queries, and building compelling visualizations and dashboards.

    Responsibilities:

    + Extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources using advanced SQL queries.

    + Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into analytics solutions.

    + Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

    + Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting processes.

    + Support data-driven process improvements and automation initiatives.

    + Document analytic processes, data models, and technical steps.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.

    + Proven experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation (e.g., joins, subqueries, aggregations).

    + Hands-on experience designing dashboards and reports in Power BI.

    + Proficient understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    + Experience with other BI tools, data warehousing, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
