Description We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Newport Beach, California. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations. As part of this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.

• Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Oversee I-9 documentation and audits to maintain regulatory compliance.

• Create and maintain detailed reports using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Coordinate with IT to ensure timely delivery of necessary technology for new employees.

• Assist in HR-related reporting and analytics to support organizational decision-making.

• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns related to HR operations.

• Collaborate with the HR Director to implement best practices and improve processes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources coordination or administration.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of HR compliance regulations, including I-9 documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding and offboarding processes effectively.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in conducting background checks and maintaining employee records.

• Ability to work onsite in Newport Beach, California, adhering to a business casual dress code. TalentMatch®
