    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team in managing commercial construction projects, including data centers. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and high-standard project completion. The position is based in Manassas, VA, but candidates can reside anywhere in the continental USA.

    Responsibilities

    + Work with owners to ensure project completion on time and up to standard throughout the project/process.

    + Manage a 12-month, $40 million project.

    + Handle 30% submittals and submit other documentation into the database.

    + Address 20% of RFIs.

    + Participate in meetings, bids, general contractor meetings, and miscellaneous subcontractor meetings.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of Construction Management/Project Management experience (10 years if from the General Contractor side).

    + 5+ years of experience with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing projects specifically for vertical commercial construction.

    + Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects and data centers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with commercial and data center projects is highly preferred.

    + Proficiency in project management software and documentation.

    Work Environment

    This position requires on-site work five days per week, working closely with the General Contractor. The initial project is located in Manassas, VA. The role offers the opportunity to work with a top AI Chip Developer on the market, using cutting-edge technology. The team is supportive and collaborative, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
