Foreman Carpenter – Residential Construction ($22-30hr)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Foreman Carpenter** to lead crews on new residential construction projects. This role requires strong hands‑on carpentry skills, the ability to manage daily jobsite operations, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

+ Perform and oversee **rough and finish carpentry** , including framing, backing, blocking, trim, cabinetry, and door installation

+ Read and interpret **blueprints** to plan and execute work efficiently

+ Lead, train, and support carpentry crews to maintain productivity and quality

+ Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

+ Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards

Required Skills

+ Strong carpentry skills (rough + finish)

+ Residential construction experience

+ Framing and installation expertise

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Knowledge of construction sequencing and best practices

Qualifications

+ **5+ years of residential carpentry experience**

+ Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred

+ Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities

+ Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
