Job Title: Kitting Specialist** **Job Description
This role involves unloading parts from the paint line, inspecting them for defects, and packaging the correct parts onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. The position is physically demanding, requiring consistent lifting of up to 30 pounds and moving around throughout the day.
Responsibilities
+ Unload parts from the paint line.
+ Inspect parts for defects.
+ Package parts onto pallets according to specific work orders.
+ Follow work instructions and use a computer to kit parts from the paint line.
+ Handle materials, label, and palletize parts efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to follow work instructions.
+ Experience with inspection and unloading processes.
+ Material handling proficiency.
+ Proficient in warehouse operations including labeling and palletizing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Flexibility in work schedule, available to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period.
+ Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment
The work environment can be hot due to heat-treating processes and machinery. Candidates will be standing on their feet all day, engaging in physical tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
