    Job Title: PTFE Machine Operator

    Shifts:

    A Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00am to 7:15pm

    B Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00pm to 7:15am +$1 differential

    Job Description

    You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of extrusion lines and related equipment, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and size extrusion lines.

    + Set up, run, and troubleshoot downstream equipment.

    + Set up, run, and troubleshoot all programmable or automated production and measurement equipment.

    + Identify non-conforming product, implement resolution, and report to immediate supervisor.

    + Maintain a clean working environment.

    + Comply with safety and quality standards.

    + Measure finished pieces to ensure they meet specifications.

    + Follow company guidelines and procedures.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using measuring tools.

    + Experience with extrusion and machine operation.

    + Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

    + Familiarity with standard operating procedures and GMP environments.

    + Mechanical aptitude and inspection skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma required.

    + Experience in cleanroom, quality control, labeling, and packaging is advantageous.

    + Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a clean room and GMP environment, requiring you to work around machinery. Steel toe footwear is necessary to ensure safety.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easton, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
