Job Description

As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for operating swiss machines, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser swiss, primarily producing orthopedic products such as bone screws. You will monitor parts to ensure they meet tolerance requirements, working primarily with materials such as titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek.

Responsibilities

+ Operate Swiss, and Lathe machines to produce orthopedic products.

+ Monitor parts to ensure they are within tolerance.

+ Perform tool changes and adjust offsets to maintain quality.

+ Conduct quality checks on own parts.

+ Collaborate with team members to gain familiarity with machines.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of recent experience operating and running CNC Swiss machines.

+ Proficiency with blueprint reading and machine setup.

+ Experience with CNC Swiss machines such as Tsugami.

+ Knowledge of G&M codes, deburring, and quality inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
