Job Title: Carpentry Foreman** **Job Description
As a Carpentry Foreman, you will play a crucial role in new construction projects, focusing on both new buildings and renovations/remodels of commercial and industrial properties. You will be responsible for leading the team in building erection, installation of roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform building erection of pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings.
+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
+ Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.
+ Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.
+ Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
+ Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team.
+ Exhibit strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own.
Essential Skills
+ Experience as a Finish Carpenter, Construction Carpenter, or Rough Carpenter.
+ Proficiency with tools such as a nail gun and skills in framing.
+ Experience in carpentry, roofing, concrete, sheet metal, and building erection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in wood framing and working with steel frames.
+ Ability to work as a Farm Hand or handle insulation tasks.

Work Environment
The position is based in a dynamic market area with projects extending across the state, offering opportunities for travel and consistent work. The team typically operates in 5-6 person crews, reporting to a Site Superintendent who is actively involved in project work. The work environment includes mostly outdoor tasks, with some interior projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
