Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Subsea and Seabed Warfare Branch of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS. Responsibilities You will serve as the principal advisor to the establish and validate requirement, set priorities, and direct overall planning and programming for Undersea Warfare capabilities and systems You will coordinate overall policy for USW systems to include programming, budgeting, requirements development, and portfolio management of the platform, payload, people and posture. You will secure financial resourcing for the Navy's Family of Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUVs), IUSS programs, and the Undersea Constellation (UC) Network of systems. You will act as the Science and Technology advisor by maintaining the USW Future Capabilities portfolio. You will serve as an expert representative at conferences, forums, meetings, and demonstrations. You will review products and studies prepared by other government, academic, or industry agencies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing Program Analyst duties such as the following: Planning and executing comprehensive program management activities through advanced knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution systems. Managing and analyzing budgets, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and facilitating informed decision-making. Evaluating strategic goals to effectively align resources with prioritized requirements, ensuring optimal support for mission objectives and organizational initiatives. Collaborating and networking across multiple warfare domains to enhance the development of warfare capabilities. AND Creating and articulating clear courses of action for complex resourcing decisions.
