The mission of the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce (GBHCW) identifies and addresses healthcare workforce needs with an emphasis on underserved communities.

This goal is achieved by recognizing and addressing the healthcare workforce needs of Georgia communities through promotion and development of medical education programs.

GBHCW is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Data Analyst position to support the Rural Health Transformation program. This position will be an additional resource for subject matter expertise for data analytics for the Georgia Board of Healthcare Workforce (GBHCW), which is an administratively attached agency to the Georgia Department of Community Health. Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience related to area of assignment; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Busi Support Analyst 2 (GSP131). Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
