Job Title: Outpatient Occupational Therapist
Start Date: ASAP (Target: January 19)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay: $2,446/week (for travelers residing 50+ miles from facility)
Schedule:
+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
+ Every other weekend required
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic
Responsibilities:
+ Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
+ Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
+ Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
+ Active Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina
+ Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred
+ BLS certification
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
