    Houston, TX (Hybrid)

    **We** are seeking a detail-driven **Data Entry Analyst** to join our Court Reporting Operations team. In this role, you will manage scheduling requests for depositions, hearings, and trials, ensuring the legal process remains seamless for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision is paramount, we want to hear from you.

    Job Details

    + **Pay Rate:** $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

    + **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours

    + **Location:** Hybrid (Houston, TX 77001) – Minimum 2 days per week in-office

    + **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    Key Responsibilities

    + **System Management:** Enter and process new or rescheduled legal requests into our internal **SPOT system (https://www.google.com/search?q=https://www.uslegalsupport.com/client-portal-reporting-logistics-scheduling/)** .

    + **SLA Compliance:** Execute job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements.

    + **Billing & Portals:** Manage direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handle Portal/Hopper requests.

    + **Data Integrity:** Review requests for missing info, follow up with clients, and correct any inconsistencies.

    + **Collaboration:** Respond to internal inquiries, retrieve files, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + **Experience:** 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience; **litigation support (https://www.google.com/search?q=https://www.uslegalsupport.com/litigation-consulting-services/)** experience is a plus.

    + **Technical Skills:** Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling databases.

    + **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
