**Kelly Services (https://www.kellyservices.us/)** is currently seeking a skilled **Hydraulic Assembler** for a premier manufacturing client in North Houston. This is a **Temp-to-Perm** opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on mechanical work and want to build a long-term career with a global industry leader.

Job Details

+ **Must have Hydraulic experience** **Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour

+ **Shift:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ **Location:** Houston, TX 77073 (North Houston/Bush Airport area)

+ **Employment Type:** Temporary-to-Permanent

Key Responsibilities

+ **System Assembly:** Assemble complex hydraulic components and systems, including pump-motor units, valve manifolds, and filters.

+ **Blueprint Reading:** Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and **bills of materials (https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/PartneredStaffing-KellyServices/114014204-assembler-ii)** to ensure precise assembly.

+ **Quality Testing:** Perform pressure testing and quality inspections on completed units to ensure they meet design specifications and safety standards.

+ **Maintenance:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications & Skills

+ **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hydraulic or mechanical assembly.

+ **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, hoses, and fittings.

+ **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions while standing for long periods.

+ **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required.

+ **Aptitude:** Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with limited supervision.
