About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Supply Chain Engineer** to lead quality planning, execute assurance activities, and ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and customer requirements. This role involves on-site liaison and supervision at supplier facilities to identify and resolve quality and delivery issues. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams to maintain product quality and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform on-site liaison and supervision at supplier premises to identify root causes and resolve quality issues related to products and processes.

+ Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, and customer quality requirements.

+ Manage supplier quality performance, audits, and process qualifications.

+ Establish performance indicators with COMPANY and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and continuous improvement plans are executed.

+ Coordinate with COMPANY teams to analyze, understand, and resolve supplier-related issues to ensure timely delivery.

+ Provide regular written reports as required by each work order.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

+ 10+ years of relevant quality experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing.

+ Hands-on experience with AS9100/AS9145, PPAP, FAI (AS9102), APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

+ Experience with aerospace parts (machining, composites, assembly, or avionics preferred).

+ Proven track record in supplier quality development.

+ Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Pay Details:** $80.00 per hour
