Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Sales Operations Intern from June 2026 – August 2026 at our corporate headquarters in Hiram, OH. Job Responsibilities

+ Use sales data analysis for project review and program plan development.

+ Support new customer onboarding and lifecycle management, including item commercialization, extensions, redesigns, offboarding, and system data maintenance.

+ Support the Sales Operations team in the development of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.

+ Support the Sales Operations team in business project management.

+ Provide project management and reporting support to the Product Development and Insights teams as needed.

+ Assist with maintaining spreadsheets, managing timelines and internal and external communications concerning developing new items, expanding product lines and launching new solutions.

+ Participate and keep detailed notes in strategy and planning meetings.

+ All GLC interns are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.

+ Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Required Education and Experience

+ Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business related field.

+ Year in school: Junior/Senior.

+ Only undergraduate students will be considered for this role.

+ Must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

+ Strong proficiency in M365 Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship both now and in the future.

+ Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and reporting skills.

+ Strong communication, presentation, and team skills.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Self-motivated with a high level of initiation, able to work well independently.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an office setting.

• Occasional exposure to industrial operations including: temperature extremes from approximately 35ºF to 100ºF; noise levels in excess of 85 dB; moisture and moving machinery.
