    Job Description

    Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

     

    Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials, equipment, and supplies across multiple divisions.

     

    Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.

     

    Manage bid processes and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

     

    Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

     

    Track and report purchasing activities, cost savings, and delivery schedules.

     

    Utilize Oracle ERP system for procurement transactions and reporting.

     

    Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience: 3–5 years of buying/purchasing experience.

     

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems.

     

    Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. Experience in oil & gas, utilities, or construction industries.

     

    Familiarity with sourcing specialized materials and equipment for industrial projects.
