• Onsite QA Tester

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a skilled Automation QA tester to join a large healthcare client onsite in Hartford to

     

    Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript (or similar tools).

     

    Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications and APIs.

     

    Validate data integrations and ensure accuracy across systems.

     

    Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, RQM, RTC, or Rational Tool Suite to track and manage test cases.

     

    Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments to ensure timely delivery of quality software.

     

    Document test plans, test cases, and results for transparency and compliance.

     

    Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align testing efforts with project goals.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Minimum 5+ years of QA Automation Testing experience,

     

    Experience scripting in Selenium, Java, and JavaScript or similar automation tools.

     

    Proficiency with Test Management tools: Rational Tool Suite, JIRA/RQM/RTC.

     

    Strong experience testing APIs and data integrations.

     

    Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

     

    Ability to work collaboratively in onshore/offshore support models. Hands-on expertise in Five9 and Salesforce platforms.
