We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Lead Digital Engineer to join our forward-thinking digital engineering team. This role requires a strong foundation in full stack development, with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and SaaS platforms. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering digital solutions that drive user engagement and business value.
Accountabilities:
+ Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
+ Lead the end-to-end development of SaaS-based solutions, from concept to deployment.
+ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
+ Implement responsive, accessible, and performant front-end interfaces.
+ Build robust, scalable, and secure back-end services and APIs.
+ Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
+ Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
+ Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
+ Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, design patterns, and software quality.
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
+ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, offering feedback and ensuring testing is aligned with the Definition of Done.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on software engineering and digital platforms.
+ 7+ years of hands-on experience with modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and SaaS architectures.
+ Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
+ Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
+ Experience using AI assisted development tools such as Cursor.
+ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
+ Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
+ Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality digital products.
Compensation:
+ $115,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus eligibility
