    Lead the Way as an Asphalt Paving Foreman at Suncore Construction & Materials

     

    Suncore is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead a paving crew on a variety of projects while representing our company, culture, and values.     Things You’ll Do

     

    + Lead and supervise an asphalt paving crew through clear communication, expectations, and daily planning.

    + Review project plans, specifications, and scope to ensure proper execution.

    + Develop daily work plans to maintain efficient, high‑quality paving operations.

    + Determine and order equipment and trucking needs in advance of each day’s paving activities.

    + Conduct daily morning meetings to share the plan of the day and assign tasks to crew members.

    + Coordinate regularly with asphalt plants regarding daily production requirements.

    + Prepare and submit daily project notes and documentation.

    + Submit daily timecards for crew members and equipment usage.

    + Schedule fuel deliveries and coordinate routine equipment maintenance.

    + Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older.

    + Must possess a valid driver’s license.

    + Strong understanding of asphalt paving procedures and specifications.

    + Prior asphalt paving experience, including operation of various paving equipment.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
