Job Title: Sales Support Associate

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $52000 annually

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 1st Shift

Objective

Process customer orders, manage customer inquiries, and support sales operations within a manufacturing environment using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

+ Process customer purchase orders and enter data into ERP system

+ Handle customer billing and service issues

+ Generate and distribute open order reports, delivery reports, and end-of-month quotation figures

+ Field expediting and service inquiries from customers

+ Follow up on customer quotations and document feedback in ERP system

+ Complete NPD metric results compilation and documentation peer reviews

+ Identify customer prospects based on established criteria

+ Support sales team operations and assist with marketing efforts

Requirements

+ Associates degree or equivalent work experience

+ 3-5 years sales or customer service experience in manufacturing environment

+ Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and bills of material

+ Experience using ERP systems

+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications

+ Ability to work in manufacturing shop environment (hot, cold, noisy areas)
