    • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students in a school setting

    • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA or school staff

    • Support students with academic, social, and behavioral goals

    • Collect data and document student progress

    • Collaborate with teachers and school professionals

    ? What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience working with children (school, behavioral, or childcare experience preferred)

    • ABA experience is a plus, but not required

    • Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn

    • Ability to pass background checks per district requirements
