UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Program Manager to support the Women's Health Service Line!

This position will work primarily daylight hours Monday through Friday. This role will be expected to travel approximately 20% of the time to visit each UPMC doula region (UPMC Hamot, UPMC Horizon, UPMC Northwest, UPMC Harrisburg) once per month. This role has a hybrid work arrangement with primarily in person expectations. _Hours are subject to change based on business needs._

This role is grant funded.

The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative leadership and direction of the program. The Program Manager will supervise the doulas across UPMC.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day functions of the program. Manage both clinical and administrative issues related to service delivery with other Program staff.

+ Manage programmatic issues related to all services. Monitor and manage all cases that are either entering or are currently in services.

+ Manage and oversee the flow of clinical paperwork related to service delivery.

+ Work collaboratively with Administrators to develop and expand the program to meet the needs of the target population as it corresponds to the overall vision of UPMC.

+ Develops, monitors, and maintains the Program within the proposed budget.

+ Conducts all hiring, promotions, and disciplinary action for program staff in collaboration with Leadership

+ Provides or coordinates effective group training and individual supervision for program staff.

* Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a human care or healthcare services field required.

* OR Master's degree preferred in a human services field with a minimum of two years experience in a healthcare setting.

* At least two years supervisory experience preferred.

* Interest in women's health and strong interpersonal relationship skills preferred.
