• Trailhead Content Migration Specialist

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a talented Learning Content Converter/Creator to join our team and lead the standardization of content templates used across various learning materials. This role involves reviewing and standardizing templates for onboarding, success guides, and success managers, ensuring consistency across all content modalities. This person will also expect to lead the migration of internal seller enablement content to format to the Trailhead platform, and net-new creation of these modules. This person will be playing a large role in producing Internal enablement content and then standardizing it to be input into Trailhead, Salesforce's internal and external learning enablement platform. This person will be completing 28 total modules over the span of 6 months that details over all 14 Cloud products Salesforce owns. This will be providing context on each of the 14 industries clouds, detailing out how the product works "under the hood", how to implement it, Hands-on demo lab completion and much more.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Proven experience with content migration projects, involving Trailhead (Salesforce Learning Dev. System) and Articulate.

    • Ability to create net-new content based on framework provided (videos, slides and source content) also able to convert pre-existing content into provided standardized formatting

    • Strong understanding of content creation tools and platforms, particularly for slide decks and one-pagers.

    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

     

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
