    Required Skills:

    Account Manager, Small and Medium Business Group (SMBG) Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

    2. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor and sales acumen

    3. Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations, and adoption of Meta's products

    4. Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to drive the adoption of Meta's proven value solutions, thereby enhancing and growing existing business partnerships

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client objectives

    6. Drive sales process from scoping to closure, executing end-to-end pipeline management with operational rigor, leveraging tools such as CRM to drive business outcomes

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7. 5+ years experience in sales, account management, or business development sectors

    8. Bachelor’s Degree

    9. Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset in response to new challenges and opportunities

    10. Demonstrated capacity to thrive in team-focused environments with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing deadlines and business goals

    11. Experience leveraging data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to translate business objectives into actionable plans

    12. Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective success and achieve business outcomes

    13. Experience in Sales or Advertising industries

    14. Advanced degree in a relevant field, or certifications in account management, project management, etc

    15. Proven technical skills (Excel, Google Suite or data analytics tools)

    16. Familiarity with Meta's suite of advertising solutions

    17. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively support customer needs

    Public Compensation:

    $86,000/year to $130,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
