Solar Electrician

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour

A Solar Electrician will support the installation and maintenance of new and existing solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install, repair, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances

+ Monitor system performance and address hazards or necessary adjustments

+ Maintain tools and promote safety and environmental best practices

+ Assemble and install solar modules, racking, and electrical components

+ Perform basic AC/DC wiring for solar systems

+ Ensure job site is clean and orderly

+ Attend training on products, installation, and safety procedures

+ Follow all safety protocols and support the installation team

+ Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of electrical experience

+ Solar experience (residential) preferred

+ Valid driver’s license

+ OSHA 10 or 30 required

+ Must have own tools

+ Skilled in safely terminating live wires and performing service upgrades

+ Comfortable working on pitched roofs and at heights

+ Able to work in extreme weather conditions

+ Capable of climbing ladders and stairs
