This is a direct hire Screw Machinist position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate manual and automated machinery, including multi-spindle screw machines such as Tornos, Acme, and Gridley, to fabricate precision components.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools and related equipment.

• Interpret technical drawings and documents to guide machining procedures.

• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Prior experience in a screw machinist position preferred, previous experience as a screw machine operator may be considered as an alternative

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings along with strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs. and stand for the length of shift
