PRST is seeking an exceptional HIGH-END Residential Finish Carpenters to join our team. This role focuses on detailed, precision craftsmanship in luxury homes in the Hillsboro, Oregon area. _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Install high-end residential finishes including Custom trim, baseboards, window/ door casings, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, paneling, wall treatments, stair components, and specialty millwork

+ Interpret architectural plans, designer specifications, and finish schedules with minimal supervision

+ Perform precise measurements, layout, and cutting custom installations

+ Use of a variety of hand and power tools to create flawless finish details

+ Ensure all work meets the highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

+ Collaborate closely with the site supervisors, designers, and other trades to maintain project timelines and design intent

+ Construct Hemlock ceiling work inside and outside. Including soffits

+ Follow safety practices at all times

Qualifications:

+ Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US

+ Must have 5+ years' experience in High-end Custom home residential finish / trim carpentry

+ Expert-level knowledge of finish carpentry techniques, joinery, and high-end materials

+ Experience working with millwork, hardwoods, exotic woods, and premium finishes

+ Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a complex, detail-rich environment

+ Experience installing luxury cabinetry and custom built-ins preferred

+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs in order to load and unload wood and other materials

+ Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
